Paid plans are billed in advance, by the month or by the year, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Any time, from Plan & billing. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then the workshop moves to the free plan. Payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
