Terms of service
The agreement between you and us when you use Stocky. We kept it as short and plain as we could.
Who we are
Stocky is run by Inventify, 6000 Castelo Branco, Portugal, VAT/NIF PT244935424. You can reach us at contact@inventify.net.
The service
Stocky is an online tool for keeping track of materials, stock, projects and production runs in 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC workshops. We may improve, change or remove features over time; if a change takes away something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
Your account and your workshops
- You need an account to use Stocky. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- A workshop belongs to its owner. The owner decides who is invited, what role they have and which warehouses they see, and is responsible for what the team does in it.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
Plans, payment and cancellation
- The free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Plan & billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then the workshop moves to the free plan.
- If a free trial is offered, you are only charged when it ends, and only if you have not cancelled.
- We may change prices. You will get at least 30 days’ notice by email before a new price applies to your subscription, and can cancel before then.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
Your data
Everything you put into a workshop (materials, stock, projects, runs, files) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Stocky for you. You can download your personal data from Settings, and the workshop owner can export reports. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Fair use
Do not use Stocky to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, to get around plan limits, or to access workshops you have not been invited to. We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where that is reasonable.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Stocky available and your data safe, with regular backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Stocky helps you plan; it does not replace checking your material before a job. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. When an account is deleted, its personal data is removed as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change applies. These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the law where you live, and can use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.
